The room smelled heavily of smoke, despite being booked as non-smoking was great. Burn marks on the sheets and cleanliness issues added to the disappointment. Staff response was slow, taking 10 minutes to assist without offering solutions or names, leaving a frustrating impression. The French toasts served during breakfast were a highlight and well received, but overall, it fell short of expectations for a comfortable stay.

Stayed for 1 day and didn't feel like leaving, I will definitely go back there again. My quiet room was spacious and beds were comfortable. I truly enjoyed that the hotel was 26 minutes drive from the airport...

The location was marvellous, in the middle of jackson, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, we were close enough to an industrial area and New Orleans.

Had a blast with friends! We explored the National World War II Museum and caught a game at Caesars Superdome. The hotel's location was perfect for a day of sightseeing. Great spot to unwind after a busy day! Don't miss breakfast-it's essential for starting your adventures right!
